★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my first ever skydive here on Sunday 8 August. Best thing I ever ever did and now I want to do more. The team who operate skydive Tauranga are the best. They make you feel relaxed when your not and they are professional yet friendly. If you haven't jumped I highly recommend you do. The views at this drop zone are amazing. You won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Skydiving in Tauranga during Covid
Had a skydive booked on my behalf as a 36th birthday present on the 5th March 2022. This was booked for the 6th March 2022 at 8am.
Received a call from Tristan at 1:12pm on the 5th March 2022 advising us that the pilot had tested positive for covid so the flight had to be cancelled; Poor fella!
This was rescheduled for 3pm as they had another pilot coming (this wasn’t a problem at all).
Received a call at 12:09pm to advise that this pilot has tested positive for Covid also.
Rescheduled for 12 March 2022 at 10am which due to the whole multiple rescheduling and Covid related dramas I must have missed adding this to my calendar.
Received a call this morning (10:10am) advising that I had missed the booking and that the Tristan was charging for the skydive even though we weren’t able to make the jump…
*Sigh* what an amazing birthday present and wasn’t even able to enjoy it! – Absolutely gutted about the whole situation and really don’t know what to do :’( what a waste of $400 essentially donated to the company.
Checked the Cancellation Policy and they are in breach of their own policy with respect to late notice. Be very aware and ensure you don't miss your flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my son a jump for his 21st, so can't comment on the experience, except that I was very jealous!
The weather was perfect and the staff were very friendly and professional.
They came out and helped us find the airplane so we could watch the jumpers leave the plane at 12000ft.
My son loved the experience and says the views out to Mt Ruapehu and beyond were amazing.
Am going to have to try it for myself now.
Thanks for bringing him home safely!

Might get hooked on this. Amazingly spectacular and the video is fantastic. Thanks guys had a great experience.

What an unforgettable experience! Tristan and the team are so friendly and professional and made us both feel at ease up in the air!
Would highly recommend these guys to anyone who is thinking about taking the plunge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this as a Birthday surprise for my wife. The guys there were super helpful right from the start, esp Tristan. As soon as we entered the building they made my wife feel right at ease (ps. loved the music playing in the background - reminded me of being back in the Caribbean). Amanda absolutely loved the experience. If anyone is thinking of ticking off this as one of their 'bucket-list' things, then I'd highly recommend Tauranga Skydiving. AAAAA+++++
