WUCHA is a New Zealand owned beverage brand, known for its high-quality bubble tea ranges, friendly and heart-warming services, and its passionate pursuit for healthy and mindful lifestyles. The first WUCHA store was opened in Albany, Auckland in March 2018, and quickly spread across both islands in New Zealand. To the current date, there are 16 WUCHA stores operating in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown.
Bubble tea has been a popular street drink in Asian countries for over a decade, where it mixes traditional Chinese tea with tapioca balls (bubble) to create refreshing and enjoyable tastes. WUCHA New Zealand has redefined the traditional bubble tea to represent a more natural and healthier lifestyle by adding local natural dairy products. We have also made a fusion of fresh fruits in the drinks to create a beauteous delight, which has attracted a large group of loyal customers. There are currently around 10,000 customers who have joined our loyalty programme, and around 20,000 subscribers on WUCHA New Zealand‘s social media accounts, including Instagram, Tiktok, Douyin, Little Red Book, Facebook and WeChat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not going back anymore. Every time waiting time is about one hour. They work seems no efficiency, not organized, some one order after me is faster than me, especially taste so average.
1. They told me waiting an hour but they told kiwis half an hour.
2. Told me to wait until call my number, however #88 and #89 already picked up. I am 84 still didn’t.
3. Milk is like water, not very strong Matcha and creamy.
4. I clearly saying three times of what I want. The last time is after waiting 45 mins. She asked me what did I order.
Overall, I just buy one matcha milk, wait an hour, bad service, tasty average, I repeat many times, lucky didn’t pay full price cause it’s so not worth. Won’t go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never tried bubble tea. I got the dirty milk tea and I loved it. The mango with cheese topping was like drinking a mango cheesecake slushee. Definitely recommend of you've never tried milk tea before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks. Not bad. The toppings/pearls are generous, but the drinks are quite watery. Flavors are definitely not strong. Staff does not wear gloves. The drinks are more expensive than other shops in Wellington.
