Gong cha NZ was established early 2015 as the Master Franchise in New Zealand that gives the rights and authorization to the franchisee to use the Brand and sell the products in any part of New Zealand. We will pursue the same values as Gong cha Taiwan:
Quality, Tasty, Safety, and Customer Satisfaction. We will also aim to publicize Gong cha which symbolizes the best-valued tea to the public.
So now not only can you savour the amazing tea that is Gong cha in Taiwan, you can enjoy the rich, creamy taste of our delicious bubble milk tea in Auckland and everywhere else throughout the region. At the time of writing, there are 20 outlets in New Zealand.
Gong cha has opened 16 stores in the Auckland wide, and 10 stores in other regions. In 2022, we aim to develop and penetrate Gong cha brand to other part of the regions as the goal, to widen Gong cha throughout the nations and educate locals for better understanding of the Gong cha brand story and beverage characteristics. Most importantly, normalise the concept of ‘bubble tea drinking’ concept to everyday New Zealand life.

β β β β β Super busy, long queue on popular spot of the town, easy to get there by bus. You can order from their app and it'll tell you when to pick up, great to avoid the queue just pick up and go. Really love their Bible teas etc never disappoint and now even the queue can be avoided!

β β β β β This was a very bad experience they burley pack your drink and they make it really wet so it is quite hard to keep grip of it especially when itβs been delivered because it is going to have extra moisture in it I called for a refund (new drink) they did not even let me speak to the manager nor did they deliver it to me so I wasted $9 on gong cha for one drink to be wasted. NOAHS ARK IS BETTER BELIEVE ME I RECOMMEND IT WAY MORE.

β β β β β I like this place. Seems, the staff find it hard to speak louder as they were wearing masks and looks not happy to repeat answer. Need to be more considerate, polite and have a smile on face. Sometimes it hard to understand options as you cant expect every customer know about everything you sell

β β β β β Friendly staff, polite, efficient. Been there numerous time. This is my second place to go to get bubble tea. I try a nee favor every time. One of my most ordered flavor is strawberry green mill tea. Very strange combo but taste really good . Not overpowering. Simply delicious. I have recommended this flavor to fee of my friends and they all liked my recommendations. I order mine with no sugar and no ice .
I think this place might little bit more expensive than my first preference. But I still occasionally stop by to treat myself after a long day.
I never had to stay a line or wait long time on my order but have seen that this place can be really packed. Try and see it for yourself !
