★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please bring back paying cash or eftpos each week at a meeting rather than having to use credit cards. This new system of payment with credit card makes joining weight watchers harder and more complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an absolute scam. Once you sign up you'll never be able to cancel it. I actually had to cancel my credit card to stop the payment so unless you want to be a lifetime member - then do not sign up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined two days ago. Unable to log into the app. The money has been deducted from my account already. No reply to my emails and no one answers 0800 number. I waited half an hour but no answer. Would not recommend and want a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m glad I’m not the only one having trouble cancelling my membership. I’ve been trying since January! Every time I call I wait at least half an hour before giving up. I messaged through Facebook, no response, messaged again a week later and they said someone would call. When they did I was at work...I explained I’m a shift worker and don’t have my phone on me at work socould I please just give my authority to cancel through my email, they refused. Now we’re in lockdown so another month of fees will be going out. Do not recommend.
