★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this studio. The range of classes, the facilities and most of all the people. It's a lovely community and the teachers are extremely helpful. If you want to push your practice they are always happy to assist in whatever way they can.

I feel invigorated after attending the Power Vinyasa classes - an excellent 45 minute lunch time break, or a longer 60 minute class on the weekend. I've experienced a number of teachers/guides for my practice and there is a wide variety of styles available at Hot Yoga Wellington. I will say I try and make a class a week, two if I can fit it into my schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, welcoming studio with all the bits and bobs one might need! (Mats to hire, showers, soaps and shampoos provided, blocks and straps provided, etc.) You can tell that the owners really care for their space and fellow yogis.
