★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room had everything in it including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher etc. Not well thought out on placement of fixtures and the cheapness of amenities.
Would definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed with reservation staff as did not book our dates correctly. And made no effort to correct the mistake. Parking is first in first severed and very limited. Accommodation clean and tidy. Cleaning staff friendly. Caution with bathroom toilet doors as autolocks and can find oneself locked in unable to realise button.

We really liked the location and proximity to all the hospitality action, the bar/cafe downstairs was awesome and the rooms were fairly small but really nice and clean with a very comfy pillow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Wyndham City Garden Hotel had exactly what we needed as two people on an extended road trip. The newly built, modern, clean hotel rooms included a kitchenette (with everything except an oven) and the coveted washer/drier. The value for the price is outstanding. The only draw back we noticed is that there is (albeit free) parking, there are not enough spaces for the number of hotel rooms. This results in a slight first come first serve tension some may not want to deal with. We always found a space and knew it necessary we could park on the street. A shoutout to Annabelle at the front desk who was most gracious as we checked in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff especially in the cafe /bar area.. Outstanding and engaging a credit to customer service.. New rooms spotless .. only down side was the taste of the water out of the taps.. could not drink tea or coffee due to this... and there were no instructions to work the aircon unit. other than those we would return to stay .. Excellent location for getting to places..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly we were given the keys to the wrong room so we walked in on a poor lady thinking it was our room.
Secondly we were given a room where the bathroom was flooded. We asked for another room and instead the boy at the counter mopped the flooded bathroom and said you’ll be fine. I explained that it was a major leak and would be flooded again in no time. They then had no other rooms so we asked for a refund.
Thirdly the young boy said we couldn’t get a refund and we were on our own. Unfortunately we had to put our foot down to get anywhere. After some heated exchange we were told that they can do a refund just not now. The boy at the counter would have barely been 18yo and was clearly given no training and left to his own devices. The “duty manager” Alisa would not talk on the phone or come out to see us instead leaving the young boy to fend for himself. Clearly a complete lack of skill on her behalf to run a hotel and train staff. Better still Alisa rang up the next day and blamed everything on the “pandemic”. I would give this place a wide birth until they get component management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed staying here! The location was perfect. The room was very clean and comfy. I especially want to say thank you to Laura who works at the cafe by the front desk. I had a lovely breakfast and tea there and I was impressed by her outstanding service. Overall, this is a great hotel. I will definitely stay again!!
