★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, friendly service and a very clean spacious restaurant with a nice vibe. I really enjoyed hotpot at Xiaolongkan, I’d say one of the better hotpot restaurants in Auckland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful restaurant and beautifully laid out. Great for big groups and groups of even 2-4. Servers were calm and quick, and very attentive to the needs of its customers.
Food were beautifully prepared and were delicious.
Broth was very nice, as well as the ingredients to make the sauces- very fresh.
Plenty of parking and clean toilets.
Overall, really great restaurant!

Special mention to team member KINGI for explaining -through his mask- how to order and what would be sensible wine and beer matches and how to get the most out of our dining

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jim and the staff was very nice! We had a very awesome night! The restaurant ambience it is beautiful and kind of romantic. My friends and I enjoyed ours first hot pot together. Food technic 2000 years old what a experience!

The food is nice the flavour is good. Not the best I have had in Auckland however definitely best in the Ellerslie Greenlane area. Friendly staff, could do with more sauce options. Steak pieces were bland. Tongue tripe and thin slice meat very good. Can get a little pricey. Around $65pp+. Overall great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place and the staff are just phenomenal, had lunch with the family, this was our first try at hot pot and won't be the last. It was awesome the hot pot was so good we had the tomato-based and #3 spice level. Wow we were going to have level 5 glad we didn't as the spice was pretty perfect couple of us had the sweats ? such a great way to spend a couple of hours eating. The meat & vegetables were all delicious and the dips you make are all so good, thank you so much for the birthday song that was an awesome extra xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arguably the best Chinese hot pot experience in Auckland. Price range is justifiably higher than other hot pot places. Located in Ellerslie with plenty of carpark space available. A lot of tasty hot pot soup bases to choose from and lots of protein and vege options. Seating is very good. Tables are nicely spaced out so doesn’t feel too crowded. Would definitely come again (and again!).
