β β β β β I have used these guys for two years and they are the business. Frankly if you use any one else you are not getting the best for your money. Claims are fast and easy. Mine took a matter of hours and the money was in my account. Great work Initio I ain't going anywhere else.

β β β β β I have been a customer if Initio for a couple of years now. Earlier this year I had a trailer loaded with concrete detach from a tow ball and roll down a steep driveway and through my garage wall and door. The damage was extensive. The claims process was ridiculously easy and efficient. Most of it was online apart from a quick phone call with Anna (who was great). I had the repairs approved and money in my account within a few short days to get on with the repairs. Thanks Initio, you made our lives easy at a highly stressful time.

β β β β β Ive been an Initio client for a few years and had a claim settled so effortlessly I decided to change my rental property to Initio. As a landlord I needed to be assured that we would have good coverage. I was able to speak with Initio staff about questions on holiday home rentals and was impressed of the cover we get compared with the other insurance compared. Highly recommend.

β β β β β We have a number of properties insured with Initio. Their online quoting and policy setup system is so uncomplicated, fast and easy, with a quote and setting up a new policy literally within minutes. No waiting, no fuss, and easy, even for an older guy like me :)
Their prices are sharper than our previous company State (IAG).
We recently had reason to make a claim following a tornado in Papatoetoe and the whole process was exceptionally fast; they sent a risk assessor, l forwarded the quotes that l had already received.. the claim was approved and paid promptly, in full. Again, no fuss. They make it easy for me to do business with them, l can't recommend them highly enough, l am a fan for life ??
