★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 1st appointment salon was still closed had to ring to see what was going on, new business gave them the benefit of the doubt made another appointment for 1.45pm got a message at 1pm saying she was running late wanted to change it to 3.30pm- that's almost 2hrs diffence) because she was short staffed and was on by herself and some clients were running late... I live rural and have 4 kids to sort she could have messaged earlier and that would have been fine but she didn't .. went into the salon to let her know it was unprofessional as this has happened twice now she obviously didn't like my honesty because she became aggressive quiet rude and defensive rolling her eyesand said why would you come back if you didn't like it 1st time.. um because you were a new business I liked her lashes so thought I'd give her the benefit of the doubt.. how wrong was I this place has no customer service skills what so ever and tano accountability for their unprofessional work ethic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled appointment at last minute, was not apologetic and told me it wasn't all about me...wow how not to get to succeed in business in a town where everyone knows everyone.Dont bother making an appointment it will get cancelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment days in advance. Travelled from Wellington for a birthday only to arrive to my appointment and no one was at the store. Phoned both numbers available online a few times and no one would answer so I sent a txt. Got a few invaluable messages back with no solution offered and no response at all to say whether or not anyone was coming. Unprofessional. I was so dissapointend and deflated after waiting and waking around for 30mins waiting. I ended up having to go and purchase makeup to do it myself. Might pay to confirm your own booking if you choose to book here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see the reviews about canceled appointments but the owner done my mums Dawns lashes and waxing and it was the best lashes my mum has had done since moving back home. She got the natural set and they literally looked natural, wasn't sore and lasted longer than the rest of the places she's been to.
