Came across one of their reps who was extremely unprofessional, she got pissed off and just friggin' stormed out of our place because I asked too much detail regarding their gold/silver contract??? I WAS ABSOLUTELY JUSTIFIED IN CLEARING ALL THE DOUBTS I HAD AND IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS OTHER CUSTOMERS OF YELLOW WOULD DO EXACTLY THE SAME AND ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS TOO. What a DISGUSTING, INCONSIDERATE AND HORRIBLE salesperson WITH NO EQ WHO WILL JUST BLOW AT ANYTIME!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE HAVE ZERO FAITH IN SUCH TYPE OF SALESPERSON. BYE BYE SEE YOU LATER AS WE WILL NEVER NEED YOUR SERVICE. We customers have EACH and EVERY EFFING DAMN RIGHT to be FULLY INFORMED UNDER THE CGA BEFORE MAKING A CONSIDERED DECISION, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CONTRACT INVOLVES AROUND 2~3 GRANDS. THAT'S ALL RIGHT NOW AS YELLOW HAS NEVER GOT OUR BUSINESS IN THE PAST 5 YEARS AND WILL NEVER, EITHER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello to all. please read this and do never ever fall on the trap of this company like I did. They will call you 10 times a day on your phone and keep talking for hours and hours, even if you hang up or say that you are not interested on it... right..!! but they will not stop until they convince you that they are the best and the only option in the market, , then they will send a seller to your door to talk a lots of technical crap that you never heard about and promise that customers will rain in your business....wow!!!!.... the dream of all businesses ......they promise you first page on the top....they will not accept anything under 12 months contract, as this is the only way they can trap you, as no one will stay with them on a monthly base contract as on the first month you will find out that all that nice talking is same like Santa, it doesn't exist, and you will get a very bitter bill for absolutely nothing..... absolutely nothing will happen in your business apart from having another sour bill to pay for 12 months. For me, they actually are telling stories for more than two months with excuses after excuses regarding to the complete failure of the add.......Complain is same as nothing as they will not reply and they don't care about as they got your signature on their paper to send you all the bills......so .. for all small business people...don't be a idiot like me...... if you want to get ripped off big times, go for it , and good luck , as they will promise you anything to get your dollar too, but they don't care about you as they will only look after the big dollar business...but they wont tell you that....If you want to get a red face... use yellow...!!!!....cheers.

worse company and people to deal with nowadays, they more interested pushing digital Marketing that's why they changed the name to Yellow , twice they have left out of the book because we wouldn't do the digital online part and we had a contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor experience with Yellow, misleading and poor customer service.. ended up having to pay for a product that I was misleaded into, but ended up having to pay because I signed their contract, when I raised an issue with them, they emailed a whole bunch of additional terms and conditions of their trade, which solely protects their company only. I also heard bad things from another friend who was ripped off in a similar way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to do an ad in 2013 YP. We have a particular idea of how we want the ad to be like, but we need to see the proof first. They sent the proof to the wrong email address, so we never got it. We followed up, left message giving them right email address days before the deadline. They never bothered to update my email address. Finally, called them to follow up to be told I was one working day after deadline to make changes. I begged them to change the ad to the way we wanted as it was only one working day late and it was their fault that they never noted my correct email address but they never replied. My ad was simply business name and contact number, all my ideas I wanted them to put in were ignored. I complained, all I received was empty apologies, but no attempt to try to resolve my complaint. Got charged full price for $1,368. Appalling. Will never advertise with them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to put a listing in the yellow pages this year but the people I dealt with just don't listen, then missed out on getting the listing in this year.
After missing out managed to get someone to see me in my area. Now I just want my listing in white pages to come up when you do a search. That was a month ago and still not done. I rang to see what had happened and they wanted me to sent an email to remind them.(give me access and I will just do it myself)
My advise is get a web site built as it will be cheaper in the long run and you won't have to deal with people the only think about their commission or are just useless.

toxic company for sure all about getting you signed to a contract then who cares from there... for those looking for business solutions. look into google my business for advertising on the web. for website builds wix, squarespace or wordpress.
if you need something like yellow try local with no contracts you'll get better support in the long run.
