★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Simone’s wonderful Yin and Vinyasa flow classes for the last few years.
Simone’s teaching style is delightfully refreshing and every week we have something interesting and new to learn to strengthen different parts of the body and mind.
I always leave feeling refreshed and energised after each daytime Vinyasa flow session, and totally relaxed in my mind and body after the evening Yin sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simone is lovely and very experienced teacher. It's not only about physical aspect of yoga, but pranayama breathing, meditation, self awareness. Each class is more then just yoga! After morning vinyasa i come out relaxed, energised at the same time and ready to go to the outer world with gratitude and love!?
Highly recommended!!!
