★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attend yoga on Thursday's with my daughter for the parents and babies class. I'm sure anyone that has had a young baby understands how hard it can be to be on time or exercise, Emma offers flexibility and support ensuring that we all get the most out of the class that we can. Emma creates a calming environment for our babies and is a calming presence to have cuddles so we can continue our session. Before starting yoga with Emma I did not realise how it would bring mindfulness to myself and my body. I am learning to release my thoughts and to unwind, feeling each movement and building a deeper understanding of what that means. I have been thoroughly enjoying my yoga experience and look forward to further exploring the deeper mindfulness. Thank you so much for supporting me and inspiring me to be healthy in body and mind ?
