Who we are
Young & Associates Ltd is an accounting, tax advisory, and business improvement firm established in year 2000. We specialise in servicing privately-owned businesses and offer a positively different service to clients based on our proprietary resources and broad practical experience.
Whilst many other accountants provide services that focus largely on compliance, we provide services that target client needs and results – that’s the fundamental difference.
- We introduce improvements and strategies that can deliver significant outcomes and value to clients, both financial and non-financial. We assist clients to maximise on business opportunities in both good economic times and those more challenging.
- We assist clients through planning, strategising and taking a structured approach to achieving exceptional results. Tax minimisation services can be incorporated into the customised service packages we offer and so can many other value-based services.
- We’ve designed service options that assist clients to improve sales, profits and cash flow – these being key success factors that reward business owners.
- We cover the lifespan of businesses from start-up, growth, to maturity. Beyond this we can assist with business restructuring, business re-engineering, and change of business ownership, family succession or sale.
- We also assist clients purchase businesses through a planned due diligence process and, where appropriate, prepare business valuations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael is the most unprofessional money hungry accountant you will ever find. He will waste your time talking rubbish and unrelated subject matters then charge you for it. He will not listen to you and gives the wrong advise just to line his pockets and when you fire him (as we have thankfully) he will spill his guts about your personal life and make up all sorts of excuses to your new accountant so he can stall what he has been ordered to do... transferring your files... unless of course you do this "Show me the money".
