β β β β β Beware they close early even though there werent any signs on the door - we visited on a thursday evening (17th February) at 8 pm but the person in charge just closed the store without saying the reason or leaving a note we checked allocated hours stating it closes at 9 pm both on the door and online.

β β β β β Dec 2020 - A month ago I gave the store a 5 star review. (see below), now it's Dec 2020, we went for another visit, the store main entrance smelled very strong of urination. They should have cleaned it at start of the day, the smell was so disgusting and it was worse than the public toilet in parks - if you can imagine. Better to go to Yoyosos in the malls such as Newmarket, Glenfield. If you don't believe me, go and check it out for yourself. This is the main reason for 1 star rating compared to 5 star rating a month ago!!
20 Nov 2020: Cool store with unique items. Not quite the $2 dollar shop but nice shop layout with good lighting and neat displays. This particular branch also has basement section. Other stores are in Newmarket Westfield, Glenfield Mall etc. The urination smell is truly unbearable.

β β β β β Yoyoso its a good shopping place where you can buy many things like key chains, toys, soft toys, cosmetics, massagers, facial, snowballs and more.
Inside yoyoso their is moge tee they serve really good tea, yoghurt drink, fresh/cheese drinks too. Thank you.

β β β β β Just had a very bad experience with them. They are not a customer friendly people. Have given false information regarding the product which I purchased and without any commitment for further satisfaction of the customer. Will never recommend these guys again to anyone.

β β β β β I have to say I had a very unsatisfied experience yesterday. I went to the CBD shop and I pick-up a cup with a lid, and the lid slipped out and broken on the tile floor. The shop assistantsX2 demanded payment for the whole price. I said that's fine, but I want to see your policy. Surely there are my responsibility to an extend and so do you. I just want to clarify what's mine and what's yours and what's the percentage for me to pay. But the shop assistants refused to show me the policy (actually they don't know such document existed) and demanded the payment in full. I felt being set up, if you put any glassware above tile floor and unprotected the area, there will be more broken glasses, if the full responsibility is your customer then it's not fair.
I have to pay and leave, as the argument is not resolve in anywhere and I have my son with me who is getting stressed.
Not happy though. Yes, you might recover the cost of a cup, but 2 very unhappy long term customers are leaving you and your shop for your incapable service.
