I've been to a few places for various watch jobs however, I have never had the customer experience I had here.
You could tell they're very knowledgeable about their trade and good at it. They were even the first watch company I'd dealt with that had actually recognised my watch brand (Withings).
And, overall, they were just great characters.
I'm so happy to have found a new local watch company. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really neat couple who run this place. Went in to get a couple of batteries replaced. They told me that the battery I got elsewhere only lasted 6 months because they'd used a cheaper battery, not the proper Swiss one that my watch requires. Good to know! Friendly, quick, and know their stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the lady that served me was very polite however, I found the information she gave me was quite troubling.
I was told by the lady that only two places in the CBD would change the battery on my watch this place and then the swiss watch dealer down Queen St. This was surprising to me. Lastly she quoted me $110 for a battery replacement, please note I only brought one watch with me.
After quickly googling another place close by (not the swiss dealer) I was able to have the battery replaced in 10 minutes for a total of $24.
This is not a dig at their craftsmanship quality however, an experience that felt like I was being treated dumb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a new leather watch band. The shop had a good selection from inexpensive to a higher quality more expensive selection. The owner was great, helpful and put the new band on for us. Great service in a truly old fashioned working watch repair shop.
