First time customer to Z Bombay and probably the last… Entered wearing a mask due to covid protocols.. noticed 3 or 4 others that weren’t wearing any.. Proceeded to order a lrg flat white $5.30.. then waited… notice 2 people that ordered after me received there orders…enquired about my order…met by a staff member who took my order, who rolled her eyes, rudely asked for my order again… mumbling to her co-worker… made a lukewarm coffee.. placed it on the counter and sarcastically stared at me ..’your coffee’..
Definitely lacking PR Skills at this establishment.. I reluctantly gave it a 1 star because there was nothing for a Zero…
Management may have to look at Public Relation training course for there staff…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely senior crew (semi retirees)... I always have to drive to Hamilton in the mornings for work, and these senior people, always gives you your coffee with a smile. Also, they don't mind me using their toilets first before coffee, or no coffee at all, when I am in a hurry. Thank you Z!
