★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High prices but low quality in food and service. When my elderly mother asked to have her sausage roll reheated they refused to do it and told her it was warm enough. It was lukewarm and lackluster for what we paid. You're better off going to the bakery next door, better quality and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously it’s not a super fancy cafe so if that’s what you’re expecting you’d be disappointed. It’s a nice cafe that I always enjoy stopping at before a long road trip to grab a decent meal. Nice filling food with a good selection. You won’t be disappointed as long as your expectations aren’t too high. The staff are nice and friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped for breakfast on the way to Hamilton. The food was awesome apart from the warm bread that was supposed to be toast. Most impressed with the young lady that served us. Very pleasant. As we were eating she came over and said " I'm very sorry but I overcharged you . " Nice to see some honesty these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought the steak, eggs and chips "hunger buster". I spent just under $25 for a well done steak which tasted as if it had been sitting frozen for a couple of weeks, a handful of cheap takeaway chips and less than a palm full of salad. It's just one of those things that you're better off cooking yourself.

Meals were large portions and delicious, although the steak was a bit overcooked. Specials menu is good with fantastic choices at great prices. Definitely recommend this place for easy, delicious meals.
