β β β β β It was frustrating waiting for about 30 minutes in a big line. Even worse, when we finally got to where we order, there was no one there so we waited about five minutes but the car in front of us was already leaving so we drove ahead. When we did and got to the next spot, they told us we had to go around to the back of the line. It was late at night, we were tired, and we were travelling back from Auckland to Rotorua so you can imagine how annoying it wouldβve been. Instead, we went to McDonaldβs near there. The line didnβt take nearly as long and the food from McDonaldβs was great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

β β β β β I don't know why they don't enough stock at 2030hrs... If you don't have anything to cater then why are you wasting your time and mainly our precious time.... It's my 3rd experience... If you have issues, sort it out KFC.. otherwise change the closing time to 2100hrs...

β β β β β First two times Ordered meal missing Fries Third time charged extra for drinks and cold food. There was only 2 cars in drive thru and I was the 2nd customer and food (4 burger combo's ) was ready even before payment.
While giving my order I asked why i have been charged for extra she replied we don't have cups so i have to charge you for 4 coke can's.didn't she realized i paid for combo which includes drinks.
The management should train their staff properly so they know what they need to do when things run out and not make food in advance. Thanks I will not go next time

β β β β β This was an amazing unexpected stop. Wasn't really going to get a meal. Then decided last minute to stop. Lunch box order for my partner and I. The lettuce in the burger was crunchy. The chicken, moist and juicy. The chips. The chips were AMAZING. Perfectly salted. Fresh oil taste. Hot and crunchy. Definitely worth another visit.

β β β β β I have stopped here twice when driving South and both visits (1 at around 2pm and the next visit was around 3.30pm months later) I have been served with wicked customer service and excellent food. I am fussy an annoying customer who asks for many things at the order window and they person behind the counter remembered it all and also offered plates and cups which not many do, normally have to request. I rate this KFC highly.

β β β β β Turned up this evening and it was pretty busy, but I preferred online and the food was ready within about 5 minutes. Best KFC chips Iβve had in a while, and while not related specifically to this store, actual cans of soft drink is better than you know whoβ¦!

β β β β β Absolutely the best when it comes to quality product! Other stores in the great TΔmaki Makaurau imho the chicken is either cooked with burnt oil, the pieces are getting smaller, dry inside or has a taste other than chicken.
