The guy that works outside is very helpfull and freindly but when we go inside there is a very rude lady works in the reception. Her reaction is like we borrowed money from her.
Hopefully she can change her behaviour for every one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service when in the early hours of the morning when it shut and you go pay for petrol and the staff member is cleaning the flour and you are waiting and he can see you..the guy come to the window with a very rude manner I didn't like.. I don't stop at z! The day time staff is a lot better I can say but I shop elsewhere. So Z you need to have polite manners staff in the early morning who won't waste customer time what the customer is going to work! Z can't be trusted to have 100% customer service and I haven't got time to find out if your staff is going to put the mop b4 the customer! Pull your head in Z!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularly go here for fuel and coffee. The morning shift with the young lady making the hot drinks makes the best coffee etc. However the lad making coffee earlier in the morning definitely has room for improvement.
