★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently timed how long it took to fill my car with a 50 L tank and it was just over took 4 minutes. I’m told in store at the reason for this is because fuel has to pump uphill. That is a long four minutes in the wind BP. The Porirua BP pumps in less than half that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Went to pay for my petrol that had been filled before I got to the counter, was told had to wait till it finished pumping. Went back to the same guy & I wanted my fuel card scanned but he already put my purchase through. Didn't even ask of I had a fuel card. Next time, ask the customer if they have 1 & also had to repeat myself how much & what pump 5 time's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received amazing service last Friday from a lady. I ordered coffee at around 8.30am. I'm immune compromised with extremely low energy at times. I ordered a coffee and waited in my car, the lady said she'd knock on the window when my coffee was ready so I could relax in my car. Little things like this can have such a big impact ?
