★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I showed Ravi a few pairs of boots that needed re-soling and was completely satisfied with the quality, speed and price. He knows his business, even pointing out which boot soles to avoid for my next purchase etc (crepe rubber). Wide selection of leather and fabric laces to switch things up. Great value, great service.

Thoroughly recommend these guys, I wouldn't go anywhere else... Thank you Ravi for the great work you have done for my shoes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE and CUSTOMER MANNERS. I took a pair of Longchamps black boots (worth a lot of money) to have the heel redone. When I picked up the shoes the heel that had been put on were brown not black which really looked ugly. When I pointed it out I was told “that’s the way it is, it is the manufacturer issue and that the product used on my shoes was not entirely black”. I was surprised they would even consider a product of a different colour. While they offered to have it fixed, i decided to go to my usual shoe repair man who is amazing but who was closed last week - hence the change. I was also charged while I was not happy with the work. The guy even hold my shoe hostage until I paid. I also received a phone call asking me not to accuse them of anything because it wasn’t their fault. My usual shoe man was horrified by their work. He had to undo their work and redo it. Thankfully my boots have been saved. When I told him where I went he wasn’t surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great work! I have a expensive pair of sandals that were too loose and the buckle fastener was adjusted all the way. Ravi was able to remove the strap and reposition it to fit snug. Can't even tell it was removed, like magic. At a great price mind you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my watch off to get a battery replacement and I was blown away with all the shoe polish! So many different types of leather conditioner. I’ve been struggling to find a water protector for my deadly ponies bag and have found an avocado base alternative ?? you can find it here in Remuera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in a vintage Mulberry croc skin bucket bag, that I hadn't been able to use because the straps and lace were badly ripped. Zapatero fixed everything remade the pieces where the strap attaches on both sides with the exact same leather, reinforced everything with tape on the inside, stitched up the leather lace and even fixed some other stitching that was worn out. It looks way better now and I can use it again thank you for the hard work.
