shonky company who is ripping people off. I placed an order took over a month to get anything, I ordered 3 different items only received 1 item even though they had marked my account as fulfilled. The NZ government needs to do something about this company. They also never reply to emails about orders. I feel totally ripped off. When you purchase online you do so in good faith, they have my money, I don't have all my order. Do not buy Zoono products, the company cannot be trusted. They are not even worth one star.

Put an order to go to Japan April 24 and an order for NZ April 28. By June 1 neither order had arrived. I sent an email and got a reply from Shannen. He said he would arrange new orders and send them Express. Both replacement orders arrived a few days later. Goodness knows what happened to the original orders.

I ordered on 5th March 2020 but did not get any dispatch email within advertised time. I contacted Zoono on 25th March and received reply quickly to say that they cannot give me an estimate delivery and offered me a refund option. I chose to wait and received dispatch notice on 2nd April andt product arrived the next day. I would have preferred a more proactive notice from the company re no ETA and to only take money on dispatch. I appreciate that they were likely caught out by the sudden increase in demand and the lockdown delivery issues. I like that they were honest in their replies and offered refund option, and they did stop new orders to focus on existing ones. I am happy with their perseverance to supply during lockdown and I am happy with the products. Thank you.

It will be a joke if i can't receive the product until the toughest time is over and we don't need it anymore. I made the order on 05 Mar and it looked like they had the stock available. What I am unhappy about is, the lack of communication and service. There is always auto email reply. No answer of phone calls. If you can't deliver as you promised, at least apologize and try to communicate, or make an effort to provide options for refund. Nothing. Zero customer service.

I place my order March 5th and spoke to someone whom said orders were currently 10 days out. I didn't even get a confirmation email but they sure have taken my money. I email them twice asking for an order confirmation and a rough eta. Here we are 14 working days later and not one response. Sure I can understand the pressure this company is under but they are cashed up. I heard they recently sold 10% of the company for $23M. Hopefully they can use some of those funds to set up some customer services infrastructure to cover the current demand.

Terrible service. 16 days now. Told me a week ago maximum of 10 days. Now 16 and not even dispatched yet. Appreciate their difficulties in this time but actually illegal to take money. Latest email states they have the stock but dispatch issues. Trying to claim they are legal re credit cards. They even state no refunds- only credit! Seems to be a bit of a shyster company and expect the claims for some of the products are probably a fraud, especially re the longevity of the product working! At least we seem to be conned by a NZ company.

I placed my order on 9 & 10 March and I have received them today 7April and didn't mind the wait as they were very clear on the website that they have lots of orders and they work very hard to fulfill the orders. They also sent out emails to let us know about the delayed shipping. So if you be a bit patient you will get your products (and they have email with tracking number and once shipped I got them next day). The sanitiser does not dry out my hands as it has no alcohol. Good to know that it kills germs and protects for up to 24 hours! Worth the wait!

Amazing product, proven against Covid and keeps my hands so soft. I use this product for the whole family, even my 3 year old. Much safer than alcohol sanitiser and I love that it lasts on their hands the whole day, we use the surface spray on our phones and in the car. Shipping was fast too, will definately be ordering again.
