★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was very clean and our room looked exactly like the pictures shown online. We arrived very late, but they left our room key in a special locked box and was happy to see they packed it in an envelope with my name on it. The beds are so comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Def recommend this motel to anyone. And yes, I will most likely come back to stay ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing value!! The rooms are incredibly clean and spacious and very well priced. Location is good, about a five minute drive from the city centre.
The room had absolutely everything you could need, even a stove. Beds are very comfortable.
Bronnie, our host, was a typical Kiwi - friendly, helpful and gave us a great experience.
Highly highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor. Me and my partner are always complaining about noise and no cooking facilities. Under emergency accommodation. How can winz do this to us. We've seen so much crime in the area. I've been in many motels and this is the worst. I've never complained about a motel till now. By me complaining to you in person is like talking to a brick wall. I can't wait till we're out of here. It's like the slums. It's made us sick and vomiting from having to wash dishes in the bathroom. That is so germy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was clean and tidy, a few mistakes which we asked to correct and they did. But doors were locked an hour before they said they would be. Also when room was serviced we didn't get face cloths back or coffee, sugar etc. There was nothing to cook on, so had to go out every night for dinner. Over all we enjoyed our stay, but won't be staying again in near future

Cooking appliances available....microwave, counter oven, heatpump, Netflix, internet, great bathroom ? ?
Emergency housing available but it's a shame this place using this option. Good luck at the end hope it all works out
