★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 17th Nov. Still waiting for item after 2 weeks (no contact from Nisbets in that time) so Emailed them. Was told item was O/S and offered a refund, which I agreed to (on the 1st Dec). Now 7th Dec and no refund yet. Abysmal customer service/communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is over a week and this order has still not been delivered. No tracking details have been given either. Therese from your CS team has been extremely rude and unhelpful and even insisted it is my responsibility to contact your courier company ! This fridge was ordered for a function this weekend and I will be recalling my funds, if the order is not delivered in the next few days. I will also place my feedback on Google for the stress caused for something that should have been a smooth sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order was for x4 sets of 4 glasses. They only delivered 1 set. Then after following up they sent another 2 sets. I never received my 4th set. Even after following up further with photos, they tried to tell me the 2 deliveries were my complete order.

Great place in great busy hub but in very quite and strategic location.
Very clean and specious location, sufficient parking space. Easy access for people with special needs and good cooperative staff to address all your basic needs.
For specialized orders teams takes the orders and organizes in few days to weeks depending on item you are after.
