★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Had a not so welcome approach by the front desk agent short lady wearing a glasses this afternoon Sept. 21. A guy came first before me and been entertained by her. He had his issue with his phone, so i assumed that it will gonna take time for her to service him. Just a bit, while i am standing on the waiting line, i ask her nicely only if they do top up load, and she arrogant replied to me that i should have to wait because there’s on cue and she have to assist the 1st customer.
In my opinion, she is not competent to do her job as a front desk. She is so arrogant and don’t know how to manage and deliver a good service to the client. She doesn’t possess a good attitude of a front desk. Doesn’t even smile to the customer. I am very disappointed with the service I received from this branch at 2degrees Blenheim.

Number transferred, new plan and goodbye Vodagone. Shame they couldn't deal to my Rural broadband rqts the way I wanted to be provided with the service.
