★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great looking - vibrant shop. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. I find that there could sometimes be a long wait if all the staff occupied with existing customers. Other than than - all round great store to visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. Went in to get a replacement phone. Took me straight to the $1000.00 phones to replace a $200.00 phone. Did not set up my phone at all. Did not inform me it required a different sim card. (Was going on holiday next day). Had to make second trip into town to sort out. Was told it should have been set up before I left the store.. and correct SIM installed. Although severely inconvenienced I was still charged for the sim ($5.00). Which i would have been happy to pay if things had been done properly in the first place

He was very patient with us as we had our 2 children in the store and even put the air con on as it got a bit warm (having to keep doors closed due to customer limits). Very happy with our purchases and the customer service ?
