β β β β β Went to St Lukes 2 Degrees from word of mouth offering good deals. It's understandable thar you have low volumes which reduces employees being on. It would be great if employees who are on know how to answer your questions or where to look as I watched a gentleman asking a question about his phone the staff was not quite sure and ask his other staff member whom she was also serving. Queues were now 4 deep around 11.30. The young girl ask him what was the query pulling him aside which was good to not inconvenience her customer as she went to grab a product . Unfortunately when you don't give full attention you can miss opportunities for added sales. Finally they both served there customers. She was polite but her attention was quick and it felt like she was wanting to do something else as her mannerisms was short to the lady she was dealing with after quickly getting her service it was my turn, again quick and to the point, service was very short it look like something else was on her mind though polite and knew her job just a little customer focus would be nice. She did her job it was OK service. As I walked out she said to her staff I am taking my break and quickly exit.
It would be great to have staff give the whole customer service as you are in retail that's your service profession not in quick short succession to get rid of your customers for your break.
When your team is still learning or not knowing what to do just let your customer know sorry for the inconvenience I won't be a moment rather than making them wait without knowing why? You left them standing. Courtesy goes along way.
First time at 2 Degrees. I would come back for the valued deals. Customer interaction hopefully changing?

β β β β β Issues and Issues..... not with the store but with 2Degree services. First of all, limited 4G network in my area mount albert, mt roskill due to which the call and internet quality drops.
Secondly, when you degrade your pay monthly plan, 2Degree services will stop working or work slowly(like 2G).
Last but not least, Please read the 3 pages of T&C's before taking their monthly plan, no one will tell in store that 2Degree will charge you the full monthly bill even if you use their services extra for 1 or 2 days after the bill cycle. For example i paid my monthly bill (bill cycle Oct10 - Nov9) and i moved to vodafone on 10 or 11. 2Degree charged me the full bill for the next month which is Nov10 - Dec9.

2Degree charge you full month bill even if you use the service for few days (2-3 days). My bill cycle is from Sep10 - Oct9 and i moved to another provider on 10 or 11 of Oct instead of charging me used days bill
2degree charge me full month bill. Worst billing terms and conditions for pay monthly plans.
Please read the hidden 3 pages of T&C's for pay monthly plans carefully on website, no one will tell you instore.

β β β β β Unfortunately, the person we dealt with has no idea of customer service. Was sitting down when we entered and didn't bother to stand up. Looked bored and made no effort to create rapport with us. This is an ongoing issue for this outlet. Staff need to realise they are the face of the company!

I was so sad to find out that I had lost my number that I've had for about 10 years after living overseas for a year. It was my fault but I didn't realise I had to top up once every 12 months. I had ported my 022 number over to Vodafone and as a result it was very tricky to get my number back and out of quarantine.
Jennifer was so helpful and worked hard to figure out how to get my number back and I was able to get it the next day! ? I had previously been told by Vodafone customer service over the phone that this would be impossible (Vodafone St Lukes were helpful too though, so this isn't their fault!), so I'm over the moon. Thank you so much again! I'm sticking with 2 Degrees this time around haha

β β β β β I broke the home button on my 7 plus. Unfixable β¦I went to 2 degrees where I have my monthly account, Enoch took me through all the options available to me. I decided on a 13 pro, he set it all up for me and transferred all my memory/data. Great service and he was a credit to the shop. I recommend dealing with him ?
