★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are cute. I bought some earrings before. However I went to buy a bag today and the girl working there was a little bit rude with me. She told me “I had an accent” and that was the reason why she couldn’t understand what I was saying. I work on retail in the mall as well I would never say that to a costumer. Also... she had an accent as well. So next time avoid those comments girls :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the young lady working at St Luke's Lovisa around 6pm on Nov 18th, with the black oulfit. She had excellent customer service skills. After many terrible and appalling customer service experience, I can say confidently this was one of the best. This is the type of people businesses should be hiring to bring in and keep customers. She immediately welcomed us, asked us how our day was going and had a little conversation with a genuine smile. Well done and keep it up.

It was really busy but she made sure everyone was catered to making sure everyone was happy with their purchases, running back and fourth showing customers choices of items & sales?? I ended up leaving with a bunch of stuff and left feeling happy about what I got from there.
