Really great staff!! And environment. However,it would be really cool if the prices at the cafe could be abit more accommodating. By this I mean abit cheaper, and please do not try to tell me those prices are there because that's how much thee items cost. That's not right, because there are other places in town which are better on price. It's unfair to the people who live in Hamilton plus the ones who are travelling through. If your in a rush to catch buses you are more likely to purchase from the cafe then going into town.come on guys. Probably won't change but just thought I would pUT my two cents in?

I thought the terminal very drab toilets not at all clean with their metal bowls (had to hold your breath). This was at 8.30a.m Even then to wait for the terminal to open at 8.15. I travelled to Wellington and this was the poorest stop over even Tokoroa could do better. Come on hamilton. Very proud publicity for hamilton.

I can't get over the prices of snacks an food here I got a sandwich and a drink for 13 dollers and the sandwich wasn't even that good. Unbelievable prices. Rip off

Has a well-stocked cafe with plenty of snacks, drinks and sandwiches to grab before your journey (and plenty of tables and seats if you have some time to kill). This automatically puts it above 90% of other bus stations!

Booked an Intercity journey. They apply a $5 booking fee without telling you! And all passenger has to pay the same price, noch backpacker discount! Very unfriendly staff at the counter

The people here are very kind and hard working. There isn't a drinking fountain, but they offered to fill up my water bottle for free. It also has open wifi, regular and us plugs.

Convenient location in the middle of town. The facilities are fine, but not flash. There are plenty of places to sit while waiting for a bus, inside and outside, toilets etc. It attracts a bit of a rough crowd at times and there is security on site to deal with any trouble that occurs. There is parking for picking up and dropping of long distance passengers. The two things that are missing are a bus service to the airport and a connection to the (currently unused) railway station that is literally just across the road.
