★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often order online and have been really impressed with the service. I think every time they have told me to expect delays, but it always arrives very quickly, and really well packed. I've never had anything come damaged. Only feedback that I have is that the postage could be a little lower in price on some orders. If I'm only ordering watercolour pans, $8.50 postage is quite steep. Otherwise highly recommend.
