★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two-storey brick building in restrained Victorian Classical style featuring distinctive moulded shell ornamentation on the roof parapet. Unknown architect and uncertain date and ascribed to 1920s (HNZPT), but late Victorian/Edwardian in style. In fair condition.
Significance: Listed; streetscape value for its interesting ornamentation and character.
