★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two-storey, brick building with unrendered frontage in a low-key, Classical Victorian/Edwardian design featuring dentils and cornice, and original shopfront details and verandah posts. Construction date and architect uncertain but pre-c.1911 when occupied by barrister, James Sampson Neave.
Significance: Good architectural and streetscape values for its simple brick, Victorian classical frontage.
