β β β β β I was really hesitant about getting my eyelash extensions again from a bad experience at another place. A beauty Room had good reviews. The ladies are lovely however I showed her an image of what I wanted...she did the opposite. I asked for lengthy natural looking ones and I got full volume too dark and too many on the eyes, it feels heavy. I made sure I was very clear and confirmed she understood. I am so disappointed... I wish they would come off

β β β β β Clean rooms, staff are so friendly & efficient. Fairly priced. Shame they had to close the spa rooms due to the mall restrictions but their beauty rooms are still open.

To me a massage is a very personal thing. A good masseuse listens to the individual body, and uses techniques to relax and unknot troubled spots.
Unfortunately, today, at A Beauty Room, not only was I treated to a cookie cutter approach, the massage given left me feeling just as bad when I left as when I entered.
I have been there several times over the years, and for the first time Iβve had to pay for a massage that can not even be called a massage.
Less than impressed. Would not recommend.
