★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the whole day off work today unpaid to get my full head foils done with a qualified stylist that was available at that time . I
Arrived on time and the stylist refused to do anything at all when all i really needed was my roots done.He said he wasn't confidant enough to do full head foils . So why was i booked with him when he wasn't qualified to do full head foils and than when i asked him to do my roots he refused saying he cannot get a good result. I couldnt wait around from 9 am to 2 pm for another stylist as it didn't suit me .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular client for some years and always appreciated the relaxed friendly team especially Vijita and Ashika. Today Rohan attended to my retouch and I was very impressed by his professionalism, skills and the thorough way he he applies the hairdye. I did not feel rushed and he was very careful as my scalp is very sensitive. I have observed Rohan a few times now when I have been in the salon and noticed he gives the same standard of care consistently to his customers.

I’m from out of town and needed my hair done for my birthday. They squeezed me in and I felt at home in the Salon. Such a friendly family environment. Well done to management and staff for cultivating a beautiful atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Auckland.
