★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my ears pierced and nose, my ear piercing on the right is spaced good the other side is to close to my other earing. More care needs to be taken to make sure they pierce the earnings evenly otherwise I would of had no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday we came in to get my cousins snake eyes piercing we got to the store about 2:30pm and even though we were there before a lot of other customers that came in after us we had to wait until closing time at 4pm when they finally saw us so we were the last to be served. (Very bad customer service). When the red hair lady did my cousins piercing she didn’t inform us about any difficulties about the piercing she just said she was going to mark her tongue then pierce it straight after. Right after the piercing was done my cousins tongue was bleeding and they didn’t even offer her any water to rinse her mouth out. When we got home my cousins tongue kept bleeding non stop for hours and she also had a blood clot on her tongue so by 8pm we decided to take her to the hospital. The doctor had to take the piercing out and put adrenaline and numbing to stop the bleeding. By 10pm the bleeding had stopped and we were allowed to go home. My cousin was freaked out about the whole experience. We won’t be coming here again and we highly recommend anyone else to not go to Keen On Piercing for snake eyes piercings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't going to make a review after a pretty bad experience here but since I haven't recieved a response and just been left on "seen" on FB private messenger for a week regarding a health and safety concern I figured I would make a review.
I got two piercings on my chest and as I was getting pierced the person who was doing my piercings had super long hair and it was not tied up. As she was piercing me her hair was literally on my chest, directly on the piercing site. I was in utter shock that someone who is putting needles in to someones skin wouldn't even have the care to tie their hair up. Cleanliness is such an important part of being a piercer. I was worried about getting an infection.
I'm super disappointed that you guys wouldn't even have the decency to reply to me and make it right with an apology and let your team know about this so it doesn't happen to anyone else but oh well.
You get what you pay for I guess.

I really wanted to get a helix piercing on my left ear so I asked some people and all of them said that they got them at keen on. so after reading some reviews (good and bad ones), I decided to go. and it was Amazing! the girls at the counter were so nice and friendly and gave me so many options, and the girl that did my piercing was absolutely lovely and explained everything so well! But the thing Loved most was that she did a really fast job, it took half a second for her to pierce, and I was only in the room for 4 minutes! (maybe less). The thing I also liked is that the pricing is SO GOOD and not expensive at all! would definitely 100% recommend keen on piercing, and if I could give them a hundred stars I would.
