Very disappointed by a staff who wr working at Enjoy shop on last Sunday 21st July early afternoon, d one located inside The palms.
There wr 2 women working tht day n d one with dark n short hair women m pointing today really needs to learn how to serve customer!!!
At first I ignored her rudeness until i asked her to help me to check a clock fr me n gues wht she answered??!! she said " if u r not sure about it thn don't buy because I dont want trouble for my owner" .....
I was just shocked!! Thn I had to request her to chck again coz I really needed to buy tht ,thn only she did with a very rude attitude of her!!.
Well, it is clear tht she was definitely not concerned about owner's trouble but own issues!!
I can just ignore tht shop n spread d word but thts not going to sort d real issue. M only writting to let owner knw so he won't lose his shop reputation thts been built fr yrs...
Its definitely a nice shop with a variety of collection tht ppl would love to grab.
Pleass train ur staffs well, especially teach them hw to smile n not spoil someone's day coz ppl pay for what they buy so we deserve respect not racism!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know my other review was received because I read it and now it is gone so hoping some one from Enjoy will make contact with me regarding my being charged $130 told receipt was in the bag when I got back to the West Coast it was not there I was in The Enjoy Shop at 1.05 pm on Saturday the 19th of February so surely someone from there can check where the receipt is I am 73 years old and know I was taking advantage of but did not say anything due to the line of people behind me and was relying on the receipt my bank statement shows the $130 I paid
