★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and professional shoe size up and fitting. Good range of quality brands. Downside are high product prices and subsequently I found same product else where 20% or so cheaper. Guess you have to pay premium for decent service in NZ sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podiatrist recommended to go there for ankle problem .Well after foot assessment was told had nothing in whole shop to help me. Would think about options and order in footwear and I would go back.I went back well hated them giant safety boots including the toe cap. Told them hated them wanted me to try them on well I did . All I wanted was a pair of good shoes for walking and general use not work boots.Well last time we spoke they were thinking about they could get for my feet .Well still waitng what a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to buy my grandson some shoes from Australia using a NZL credit card. It’s the worst experience I have had. After numerous attempts I asked Kaiden for the name of the Manager. This was refused. I then phoned my wife in NZL who in turned phoned this company and finally got this simple purchase transacted. I would not recommend this store sadly.

Every single time the staff have been excellent and they have the best technology to scan your feet and walking gait - and then demonstrate which shoes are right for you. For serious running or school shoes I would not go anywhere else.

Danielle gave me a fitting analysis and explained everything exceptionally about my previous habits why my injuries occur in my calves and the best shoes for me. The shoes were fantastic too didn’t try and make me get the most expensive pair just what was great for me a nice pair of new balances. Provided everything I was expecting and more could not recommend this place more. I don’t know what Danielle is getting paid but it’s not enough thank you so much.
