★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever expensive then ever most of the things in silver service can't be seen as done. Tyers of my car looked like sprayed with something however the spots were clearly visible on the rims. Not sure what would have been done inside the car. Also wanted to get the service with a deal to become member. Howeve they had no Joining booklets, so cleary saod no deal for you. Worst ever, better to go to a local store then these flashy advertising people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car to AA Auto Centre St Luke's( AA Plus member ) . They did a comprehensive service with a tiny bulb change at a cost of $300 plus . I had mentioned to them that there was smoke coming out of my car and will need attention .They did say they will diagnose this and charged me for this . I went to pick up my car and a guy comes out with a very long explanation and in between the lines he kept saying we don't have the expertise to carry out this task . he did say its to do with the valve etc. If you have an English car please do not take it to the Centre as you will come back disappointed - I don't like writing reviews and I was looking for an email to write to them but couldn't find it .The manager seems to be a nice guy but I wanted the issue fixed and I was happy to pay an extra cost for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The majority of the work was done for MY WOF, plus a service whereby a few things needed fixing to pass my WOF. The down side of it all was that my Washers weren't working properly, plus my left Wiper was very sluggish , and yet these were ticked off on my statement as been checked. I noticed a couple of days later and took my car back, whereby they fixed the problem immediately. My car is running better now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somehow I am not entirely happy with the service done by AA St Lukes, when I personally checked through the engine bay few days after my service before it was about to rain for a couple of days, I found that some refills such as wind screen washer fluid wasn't adequately filled up also tyre pressure were wrongly filled which I found it to be around 36 in all tyres inspite of company advice of 33(F) and 31(R). I had a feeling before hand that, there were might be some issues with transmission slipping which I feel, they could have examined it in detail or get it sorted by changing cvt transmission oil. There were also some annoying minor brake sounds before service, whenever car comes to a stand still. Both issues were neither acknowledge nor corrected (though brake parts seems alright by them after completing the service). Those two issue were the main reason, for getting my car serviced opting for silver service at AA and hoped it would get solved. But somehow, the purpose of getting work done there was not fulfilled. A short suggestion- bring transparency to your work, be friendly as well along with being professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got car serviced here and everything was good. They were prompt and efficient. Great to see the oil nice and clean from getting the oil flush done. They were friendly and the did everything to a good standard. Very happy with the service. Thanks AA St Lukes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Connor was just wonderful. He put my mind at ease was very understanding of my situation. Gr8 guy. The othet Asian guy who quoted the price was the same very understanding and customer focussed. They did a good job . I didnt catch his name. Grace was very nice and understanding. Highly recommend these guys. They gave us a good price and servicing on mu car. Highly recommend and support these guys. They even did my servicing the very afternoon i called. Thank you.
