★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gaming computer seriously died after trying to help out a neighbor by plugging in their USB flash drive. And after sending my PC to a computer repair shop and a computer technician, almost 3 weeks later I was still no further forward to having a working computer. So I contacted ExtremePC St Lukes by email.
Initially I was served over the phone by an Asian gentlemen named Troy Zhang, whom replied to my email within minutes. After a seeming less conversation over the mobile phone, Troy typed up an excellent and very detailed quote which he sent to me via email.
When I contacted ExtremePC St Lukes the following day to continue my dilemma of having a working computer again.
I was then served by the young pakeha gentlemen named "Jacke". His easy going attitude made it very easy to get along with him and his customer service was exceptional. I must say "Jacke went above and beyond to help me over the phone and then in person at the store in St Lukes. Jacke confirmed what was damaged in my old computer/s and what could salvaged"! This was extremely important to me! Effectively this enabled me to make a well informed decision as to how much I needed to invest in a new computer or not. After having numerous bad experiences at other computer stores, I would highly point any of my friends and family to ExtremePC St Lukes.
Lastly, within 3 days I traveled back to West Auckland from South Auckland to pick up my new personalised gaming PC. They also installed 2 old hard drives, that had been collecting dust for many years from some of my old computers and 1 SSD hard drive from my now dead gaming PC. And a new SSD that came with the new gaming PC.
I also upgraded to the new Windows 11, CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, Nvidia GeForce Graphics Card RTX 3060, RAM to 32GB at 3200Mhz.
Needless to say, that my new gaming computer is flying and my gaming experience has gone through the roof. The PC has run flawlessly and I am forever grateful to Troy, Jacke and the rest of the team at ExtremePC St Lukes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Gaming PC knowledge and didn't try to over sell. Was able to make changes to the base configuration and the price was cheaper than any where else allowing me to upgrade to a better graphic card. The RTX 3080 and i7 11 Gen rock in performance.

Firstly, I had my pc waiting to be diagnosed and repaired at pbtech but they said it’ll take upto 6 days to even be looked at by a technician. I was quite upset since gaming means a lot to me. I started calling up places to see if they could repair my pc faster then what pbtech had said they could. I came across extremepc and the first thing I noticed was that they actually seemed to care about their customers concerns. The technician who worked on my pc (I didn’t get his name) promised he’ll get the pc diagnosed and repaired that same day! I waited around and had lunch with my gf at the mall and before I knew it I got a call saying I’m able to come pick up my pc! They replaced my motherboard and power supply and charged a price that kept both of us happy. I went home n plugged in my computer and everything that was wrong before was gone. I can’t thank the team at extremepc enough! Awesome place

Josh explained their shipping process and was confused as to why the original situation ever happened.
Original review:
Bought from them, I never received any info for the courier, even though it said shipped on their website.
I called and was blamed that I never got an email, they confirmed that it had already been collected.
Absolutely disgusting service that I got over the phone from Jimmy Lv.
This is enough for me to never want to go back.
Update next day:
I woke up the next morning, no update on courier website, so I called them and was told they haven't been asked collect it yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Extreme PC after having major hassles with PB Tech. and I am so glad I did. I sent through the details of what I needed replaced and my budget. After receiving the Quote from Josh. We discussed a few other options. Much better options and even better pricing I must add. I also got some great advice on other products.
The build took a few days with testing etc. and it was on its way. I am absolutely Satisfied with everything. This will be my go to from now on. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Thank You Josh for everything and Jake for building such a Awesome Gamming PC.
