★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked in to have two wheel alignments on differently cars and showed up to the St Lukes branch at 8am to them telling us that the hoist was broken and it could not be done. They did not bother to communicate with us prior to the booking that the hoist was broken and it was a waste of our time. I would have appreciated some communication, but was disappointed by their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped our tyre off this morning for repair at 8h30am went around 1pm back to check if it's done. When I asked the guy behind the counter who was sitting on his phone if our tyre is done he laughed and went to check, came back and said no sorry we were flat out today (he was sitting on his phone just a few minutes ago) and there's no cars inside the workshop and one car in the parking.
He said I can wait for the tyre which I did, took roughly 5min at the most he replaced the valve, just popped the bead to get the new valve in - did not strip the tyre and didn't re-balance either but he was not afraid to charge me $40 for a new valve??? That's daylight robbery. I asked him about the charge and he said sorry I don't make the price I am told what to charge, we had to strip, fit and the labor charges is all in there. This person (I didn't get his name) has absolutely no idea what customer service is.

This branch opens 7 days a weeks and is right across the road from the St Lukes Mall, extremely convenient. Highly recomended and would definitely return again myself in future.
