I went to AA Manukau it was packed I waited in line I like others observed a indian guy arrive walk in, went straight to the line for booking a test. He gets to the counter and he's does a renewal of license exactly what I'm doing, he was to lazy to stand in the line like the rest of us and was seen straight away. I also noticed if you were not of indian race, you were spoke to loudly. Like the lady before me I saw and heard the lady behind the counter say "WHATS WRONG WITH YOU CANT YOU READ,,WITH A SMIRK ON HE FACE" absolutely shocking behaviour.

AA on 39 Cavendish Drive in Manukau City Centre is slow, inaccurate and doesn’t have enough data and info. There websites aren’t updated enough for appropriate information and trading hours aren’t supplied with recent information if staff is shortened. Wait time is too long, doesn’t have selected seating and the lines are confusing where to go. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Hilarious service ! I went there to extend my practical date due to some urgency I would not be able to perform on organised date.The lady without noticing my form just try to book it when I told her that i came here for extension she refused to do it and made excuses. Leaving me unattended and without resolving my issue she said will you? please move i have other customer as well. I must say she didn’t have experience and knowledge to work in this type of firm .she also need to change her attitude towards customers.

Renewed driving license. Go early, by the time I was finishing, lots of people waiting, 2 in front of me, it's a long process, don't be in a rush, probably allowed half an hour. It's a legal document, the staff are very good.

This review is for ishita worst experience with her. We were there for book learner license test but she was forcing us for insurance and membership only. Not focusing on license application. We were there from Matamata and she told me how you guys can come here without insurance. If any thing happens you need to pay a lot money. To miss ishita please do what customer wants stop wasting time to suggest or advise anything else. Feel very bad. To AA there is a poster on your wall that no tolerance on rude behaviour. If you have a staff like this obviously customer can be aggressive. We just control our anger .very bad. I never reviewed under someone name but this was very worst experience. 25 people waiting in queue and the staff is taking there own time.. laughing cracking jokes with no urgency to serve and wrap up the queue.. one of the guys is taking a 5 min breather after each application.. for heaven sake people... sort your customer service.

Worst customer service I have EVER encountered! I went in to renew my license. After a long wait and a waffly, drawn out transaction, I've now received a letter saying the photo they took is blurry and unable to be used. How can they get something so basic so wrong?! Driver licensing is one of their core services. I'm furious!!! It was hard enough getting in with two kids in the first place. Now I have to go back "at no additional cost" apparently. Lucky me.

Very unhappy to their customer etiquette greeting. As I enter the facility its very quiet a couple of customers inside. First I scan the QR code and in front of me there’s a two staff keep chatting to each other. And when I was going to proceed to the counter. The man chatting to his coworker stopped me with the hand blocking and say “Hey! Where are you going?” Very rude and impolite question! Instead of greeting me say Hi and ask what can I do for you? I was surprised that I was asked like that! I feel like I was judged! If I told them that I would like to buy an insurance would they treat me right & just? And after I told the man what I need still pointed me to the counter.

If you ever feel like life's too short, come here and time will stop. Was served by Ishita; constant small talk with customers and other employees, while there was a long line of customers that have been waiting 2+ hours for service. The first thing she said was "thank you for your patience"; thanks for acknowledging we wait over 2 hours just for service, but what would be better is faster service and less chit chat. I understand you guys get paid to be there, but we do not!!! I was re-read the information I filled out in my form, which seemed redundant and a waste of time for everyone. I hope service improves here.
