β β β β β Not a welcoming shop at all. I was parked in the carpark and went into the shop with my teenage daughter. I noted signs that said no muddy boots and no photographs, and followed protocol by not photographing the vanity I was interested in. My daughter needed to go to the AA so we went outside and I walked her to the AA building next door before turning back to to look at the vanity again. A young worker in a high viz vest, who had seen us scan in when we'd entered the shop, had actually followed us and was calling out to me that I had to move my car and that I was not allowed to park there. I was obviously walking back to the shop and I asked if this was the case even if I'd been in the shop, and was about to return. He repeated that I was not allowed to park in their carpark and was just doing his job. I wonder how many cars managed to slip into the carpark while he was chasing me. I moved my car (not an easy mission on a busy Saturday) and walked back to the shop. He ignored me as I walked past him. I scanned in again and went to look around. However, I was writing details about the vanity to show my husband (no photos allowed!) but I have since decided that I don't want to purchase from this store after being treated in this way. It leaves me wondering what the rest of their customer service is like! Here's hoping that it's permissible to take photos OUTSIDE their store.

β β β β β Worst service ever!! Bought a marble top from this place with many scratches. This place denied everything and said they had no responsibility. The marble was on top of the pallet and the pallet was broken when delivered to my house. Kept saying the marble top was on the vanity not the pallet and refused to show me any proof of it. Full of lies and dishonesty, the guy at the warehouse was also very rude. Will never buy at this place again!

Thank you for your time earlier and really appreciate that you arranged the tiles to be picked up on 12th September 2020. But, I'm greatly disappointed the way it was packed 1st time when I picked it up on 11th September 2020 because of which the tiles were damaged irrespective that our Tiler used it somehow for some purpose but because it was damaged he was unable to match the design of tiles and overall it was not a great outcome. You can see how it was packed neat and tidy when I picked up the second time on 12th September 2020, usually this is how it was always done (Have attached a neatly packed photo) . I have never complained about anything in the last few years about anything and if I'm doing something now, I think you should respect the same and acknowledge the way it was given (attached few sample photos of bad packaging or any other customer returning excess tiles), rather there was long argument about the usage of tiles. I was really disappointed further when you misused / abused your power of being a owner in saying that if you want you won't give me tiles, knowing that our work is underway and we need the same tiles to finish the job, this is not the way to deal with a customer and its not ethical. Irrespective of the situation you could have dealt the situation better, over the phone you advised because of the inconvenience you will not charge for 1 box of tiles, but when I reached your store, you abused your power of owner in saying few harsh words and advised your employee to to deal with the situation and charge full amount and your were busy to sort out something else. It would have resolved in 2 minutes but you took 45 minutes to resolve the situation in your favour. All it was needed a apology and few kind and empathatic words to resolve the situation. Hope you will take this feedback seriously and in future have a process to deliver or dispatch tiles in the way how it was done the second time on 12th September.

β β β β β They are thief. Never recommend. Stay away from this shop . All Indian boys are working there each time they make different stories. If they get a chance anyhow they can steal the bank details and can steal the money. Big time thiefs.

This is a real one stop shop with everything you need from tiles to full bathroom fitout, and also has the best pricing we've seen.
Dhanush was our sales rep and went above and beyond to get our order delivered in a short timeline as well as help with tradies to install some of the gear. Fully rate these guys as the only place to go for tiles and bathroom ware.
