I went there to apply for my Motorcycle and Car license together and I was left stranded for an hour not in the queue but on the counter. The manager was very rude. He couldn’t fix the issue bothered to apologise for their inefficiency. Thought of purchasing insurance but totally lost hope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am willing to give 0 star if possible. The staff here insist on putting my full name as last name and keep my first name empty. That caused me lots of trouble with bank any visa application.
Explaining to them that under the passport, you can separate first and last name following this pattern (which is internationally recognized) SURNAME< |

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a horrible experience and I don't recomend to no one. I am living 5 min from there but next time, for sure, I am going to another agency to have a better service. There was a very rude woman, without any professionalism and talking to me in a way I never saw that before. She need understand she is living in another country, if be rude like that with custumers is comumn on her original culture, here is not and she cannot deal with custumers like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a wait spare atleast a minimum of an hour of your time. They're doing their best and for sure it wasn't easy for the staffs here some customers gets very agitated. Love that all the safety measures are in place from chair spacing for the cue to QR codes all are organized and the staff were all nice Laura was fantastic
