★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible insurance company. I've been with them for over 10 years without making a claim and when i needed to they came up with some rubbish excuse of why it wouldn't be covered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought these guys were great until it came to claim time, I was rear ended by some guy, his fault clearly. AA wasted at least 5 hours of my time by sending me to the wrong place and then failing to call me back as promised, then when I finally got to speak to a manager he told me it was unreasonable to expect them to compensate me for my time, I told him that was unreasonable and have since gone to another provider. Steer clear of these rip off artists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AA is too bad service, illegal company. I applied a driver license, but they didn't send a license. I called support center, they said "i'll send". but I couldn't get license, and refund. I called again, but they said I need to pay again, and apply again. This is scam . or discrimination?
