โ โ โ โ โ Took my son to sit his learner's licence. What a waste of precious time as an AA member! Firstly - no organised queue outside, just a big group of people all over the place. My son stood there and others arrived and just walked straight in ahead of him! There was a sign saying 2 at a time only inside, but some people just walked straight in, as I said. So I went and intervened to get him his turn, only to find that after all that waiting, they weren't doing licence tests that day. How about a clear sign OUTSIDE saying so?! So that people don't waste time waiting in queues (actually random disorganized groups not a queue)!! How about using cones and signs to organise a proper queue line! How about having more than 1 person working in the office?! I do not pay my fees for this poor service!

โ โ โ โ โ Headed out on 3 seperate occasions to sort out replacement of a license / real me verification and each time I went was given a different reason as to why I couldnโt do it on that particular day. When politely trying to ask why or organise a time to get this sorted was initially ignored and then just told to go elsewhere. No big drama but fairly frustrating.

โ โ โ โ โ Always have massive delays. They also often close early, so give yourself over an hour spare time of you want to get through their services. Little or no communication to find out when you can use them. They also โcloseโ services for lunch breaks of over an hour.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service when going to renew your drivers license. Went at 11.45am on a Monday and was told they wouldn't do them then. Told to come back at 2pm. Turned up on time and the man stayed on lunch until 2.35pm, by then there was a queue of people. You cannot book appointments either. Was a waste of time and I don't recommend going here.

โ โ โ โ โ Inspection was great and the guy told me everything that needed to be fixed before I bought the car. He even offered to inspect the car again after the car dealers fixed it, free of charge which was great. Didn't end up purchasing the car but would definitely recommend AA Glen Innes for car inspections. Thanks Team.

โ โ โ โ โ Due to COVID level 3 step 2 restriction. AA testing centre was very busy on Saturday. Expect long queue. Very pleasant experience. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
