They make sure to call and explain what needs to be done (and advise how much it will cost) before carrying it out. Lovely customer service as well, and they've always been prompt & on time. Would recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good. Better go to other place. Paid $350 for a service and they did not even drive test as per their service list to detect my transmission shudder (main issue). Did not bother to check transmission fluid. Did not bother to locate where minor oil leak from. Returned my car with loose almost falling bolts. I can go on and on. But nevermind. I'll just go back to other service centre.
Update:
-I have my faith restored with AA Panmure when Chade followed up my concerns and offered me a recheck in my prepared AA location for free. I really appreciate this gesture as it shows they care & look after their customer well even after service and making sure they are satisfied. My car was not fixed but atleast it was diagnosed properly this time and pvovided clear explanation plus qoutes on services needed. Very kind staff and mechanics of AA. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy after a negative AA experience elsewhere. Dayna is pleasant and efficient at reception. I took a nice stroll around the Panmure Basin during the WOF which was completed and passed in less than an hour. The complementary pad (pictured) was a nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Defensive driving course with the Raj guy here isn’t worth your money and stress while he’s barking unclear directions in your passenger seat. Better go somewhere else or request for a different person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time issues with this place. After today's visit will be lodging a formal complaint to their HO as the staff there are a joke. The manager there clearly doesn't care and the mechanic there went to advise of an issue and when I questioned he walked away very fast and got the manager. My last visit the mechanic decided to tell me that my battery needed to be replaced and when I showed him the battery status on my app for the car he decided to try to tell me its incorrect, so I paid another firm to check battery to be sure and when they tested it it still had 70 percent of life in it. When escalated to the branch they ducked and dived as fast as they could and never acknowledged the complaint.
As you can see takes No responsibility for their Poor service.
