Owners are friendly and professional, they live on site with their family and both care and take pride in their business.
Rooms are exactly as per the pictures (in a good way) and very clean and tidy.
Would happily recommend to others searching for a place to stay for Abel Tasman.
Special mention to Lulu the puppy and Evie for letting my wife play with her while we were guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an awesome little hotel! We stayed in a studio suite for 4 nights. Super spacious with a massive deck and glorious views of the park. Super clean, really good bed, kitchenette with an amazing shared bbq area and kitchen if you need it. They even do packed lunches for those heading away on day trips. Free fibre wifi and a cool little gift shop with local art. This is an amazing little hotel in a stunning part of the country, definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this lodge and would come back again and again. It's a fantastic location in Marahau that you can walk to the southern part / start of the Abel Tasman National Park track. There are small things that make this property different and amazing at the same time - the folding shower = Genius. The TV has instructions on how to cast from your phone to stream what ever you can so a great option. All the small things like a compost bin and recycle bin in the rooms is such a great addition and Jocelyn and Scott are fantastic hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our 3 night stay. Its a great home base for exploring the Able Tasman track. Lovely to come home to a bed and clean clothes after a day's walking. Our modern room was nicely done with plenty of space and good amenities. The bookable spa was great for tired legs and looking at the stars at night. I lived the friendly Weka as well, cheeky little buggers though.
