Love going for a Walk and the small beaches on the way last time we were here we saw stingy rays and huge star fish caves and beautiful clean water to swim in

Amazing place to hike! Tracks well formed and flat, nothing too challenging. Huts are amazing, have WiFi and charging points at anchorage. Top notch for a Great Walks track! Plenty of views at the high points, and alot of opportunities to drop down to beaches for a quick rest/lunch stop!

It's hard to believe that I haven't been here before, but today we've walked a section of the Able Tasman national park. We took a seataxi to Torrent bay and walked to Bark bay, not a difficult but a stunningly beautiful walk I am still realing from the impact of the beauty and the fabulous beaches we came across. Just go folks mass tourism is on your heels.

Quintessential New Zealand - pristine Beaches and the walks can be eithereasy or difficult depending on whether you carry your own gear. Would highly suggest starting your tramp early in the morning so you have plenty of time to spend at the campsites which are almost always a stone throw away from the picturesque golden beaches.

An absolute jewel. Water taxis make it accessible even if you miss out on booking a DOC hut. Well maintained track that is an NZ must-do. Go to the Department of Conservation website for track information and read all the links such as know-before-you-go. Doable all year round

This natural Park is simply wonderful. You can walk on it's multiple tracks and camp in it's campsites or go for just one day with a taxi boat. You can also enjoy kayaking or simply swim, the turquoise waters welcome you. We just loved it!
