★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the campground about 3 weeks ago. The lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful. Plus there is everything you need. Kitchen and bathroom were really clean. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely little lodge. The rooms had great heating and were a good size. Some days the room was serviced. The wifi cost a fee so we didn’t use. The shared lounge space had lovely couches and a big fireplace. The owners were really friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small quiet spot however very pricey! I was charged .$34.40 for 1 person which included M.V discount for 1 night on powered site. And still had to pay for a shower. This is by far the dearest place I have stayed in 2900 kms around N.Z. Friendly front desk. Only the price let it down. Was Methvan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the end room so found ìt noisy and the pedestrian light flashed for the night along with the flickering xmas lights. Lovely host, hop skip and a jump to town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were charged $97 for 2 adults & 1 child (1 month old) which we thought was quite reasonable for a night. Once we entered our room we were quite disappointed, there was no external door that would bring fresh air into our room. There was no air con or fans in the room which made it extremely hot. The shower was boiling hot, and when we had it on cold it barely came out of the shower head. We left at 10pm because of no way of cooling our child & ourselves down.
