Great advice given for hair treatment and brought products to follow through. Very reasonable pricing. A+ service and overall one of my best experiences. Will definitely be back!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best first experience although it was recommended to me by a friend. I arrived and waited my turn like everyone else. A lady who came in just after me got talking to the man who I assume is Adam.
When a barber chair was free and the hairstylist came up to the waiting area to ask who was next, I got up to follow her. The man/owner/(Adam?) just ASSUMED it was the lady who came in after me and shouted 'Hey you...it's her turn!'. Thankfully, the lady corrected him and gestured for me to go ahead.
1) I understand anyone could make a mistake, but I would apologise once corrected..to anyone.. and in this case a customer.
2) If I were not sure, I would ask and not shout out in the manner he did - it was embarrassing.
3) He had the opportunity to apologise even as I walked out but just stared at me as I did.
4) Would I be wrong to think the reason he assumed I 'tried to jump the queue' was my race? I hadn't done or said anything other than just sit waiting my turn.
2 stars because I got my cut and the lady who served me was polite - no complaints there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Adam's Cave this morning after hearing great reviews. I was greeted by a lovely lady called Rachel. I only wanted a trim but ended up getting a colour. I'm a super busy mum with 2 kids under 2 and haven't had a hair cut in years. She made me feel absolutely beautiful. She listened to me, had great conversation and is an absolute expert in what she does. Cannot recommend her enough and can't wait to go back in 6 weeks. THANK YOU RACHEL!!!! ??
